Surfing in France

Postby Janex » Fri May 16, 2014 8:50 am

Hey, I'd like to surf in France with some friends. I'm surfing for 3 years now in Portugal, the other ones wants to learn surfing. I''m searching for food spots in France with an capming area because we want to go by car. I hope u guys can help me :?

Sorry for my bad English, coming from germany

Hallo,

Haven't been to surf in France but I have been close in San Sebastian Spain a couple times. Both southwest france and northeast spain get the same swells from the North atlantic, in fact there are now professional competitions every year in the region..It will start to heat up this time of year until all through the fall. So chances are you will bump into some surf. I gather that Biaritz is a place to stop....

Have fun that regions is a blast and one of my favorites worldwide.

Hi Janes, I'm a beginner myself and I was in Seignosse/ Hossegor this year in April. It was amazing. You should be able to find some camping spots here: http://www.tourisme-seignosse.com/fr-ca ... nosse.html
Cheers, Miri
