Hi all,

I'm new on here and new to surfing.

I'm hoping to organise a group surf lesson for my 30th and I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good place in northern England or North/ West Wales? Hopefully somewhere with beachside accommodation but any recommendations would be great!

Thanks :D

Newgale, West Wales. Has a surf shop where you can hire boards and there is a campsite and pub next to it all across the road from the beach - a beginner's beach - all sand.

You cant go wrong with Scarborough, nice safe beaches plenty of places offering surf hire and lessons, and right in town so lots of pubs, cafes, chippies etc for after.
