UK surfing

I've only surfed a handful of times, all in the UK. I can recommend Newquay, Cornwall and Woolacombe beach in Devon (picture below).

I was in the north-east a week ago, and there were people surfing off Bamburgh up there... not sure what that surf is like, though.

Are there many in the UK hre?

You would be amazed where you can find surf in the UK... ok so its not world class but its planty to have a great time on...

Spot on there Papa, the amount of foreigners that dont believe you when you tell them there is infact surfable waves in England.
Oh well, more waves for us! :lol: :lol:
