Questions about surf spots in northen Brittany, France

Postby Barb » Tue Oct 04, 2011 9:06 am

Hello,

I'll be in Lancieux, Bretagne in November and have a few questions about surf spots around there;

Do some of the spots there have a possibility to rent a surf board (in November)?
Is there public transport from Lancieux to those spots?
Which are good/best for beginners?

I surfed only a few times in Nicaragua this summer and totaly loved it so I want to continue.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi Barb, welcome to Surfing Waves!

There are a couple of beaches near St Malo that have surfable waves, but it's pretty sheltered around there. Your best bet for decent waves would be to head out to west coast.
Unfortunatly I can't help with transport or rentals.
