Philippines - May/June - Begginer

Yo!

I'll be in Philippines in May and June - could you help me and tell where's the best place for surfing at this time for a begginer? I've spent 1.5 month in Indonesia riding every day but I'm still a newbie... I'm looking for some nice beach breaks on some nice island:)

Second question is about the board rentals - what are the prices and is the variety of boards there good?
