Surf trip Taiwan

Just wandering if anyone could point me in the right direction for somewere to stay near good waves. Im an experienced surfer(21 years) so looking for some sick ones. Also does anyone know if you can hire scooters/motorbikes with surfboard racks anywhere in taiwan?Cheers
