Surf trip Taiwan

Hey heading to taiwan on a surf trip for 2 months in january febuary 2011. Just wandering if anyone could point me in the right direction for somewere to stay near good waves. Im an experienced surfer(21 years) so looking for some sick ones. Also does anyone know if you can hire scooters/motorbikes with surfboard racks anywhere in taiwan?Cheers
