I have already had enough of the cold drearyness of the UK so i want to book a surf trip around easter to portugal, as im sure im gonna have a serious need to relax. I simply going to surf, and i want to go for 2 weeks, so any good hostels, surf spots or even which part has the better surf. Just looking for tips, a place which is cheap, quiet, minimal crowds, with long clean and consistent surf. Cheers

hey felixhiggins10
try
http://www.balealsurfcamp.com <okay, this one can stay as its from a 'real' person> in peniche, portugal. i was there back in september this year and had an awesome time, the instructors where great (i did an advanced class) plus they have a great location right on the beach with some classic waves out front and some other great spots around if you drive a little bit or do a surfari. plus there surf house/hostel is really cheap but they also have some houses they rent out if you want something a little more private, again not too expensive. i did 10 days for under 500 euro with the 5 classes included, video sessions and the private room in one of the nicer houses.
im definately going back this year

Hello! Just want to say that I'm also a real person

But I can understand that you don't want to have spammers in your forum. It was my first entry and you thought it was spam. No problem, just wanted to help and had some good trips with the agency I posted...
