Croyde Trip: Open Campsties?

Hi all,

A group of us are travelling to Croyde this weekend (18-20th September) and are looking for a good Campsite. Previosuly we've always camped at Mitchums campsite - however it's now closed for the season.

Are there any similar, relaxed etc. campsites that people would reccomend in the area. Ideally walking distance (up to a couple of miles) from beach & pubs but we do have a car - so walking distance to a pub & driving distance to a beach would work.

I stayed at a place named Cherry Tree Farm I think - a field and no hassles.
This was quite a while ago though.
