Surfing in France

Postby klopatios » Fri Aug 14, 2009 12:19 pm

Hello people!

I've been living in France since more than 3 years and I want to learn how to surf. I've never surfed in my life. I was planing a trip to the US, but finaly I can't afford it.

Could you tell a good place to surf in France, or somewhere near by, that would be suitable for a beginner like me ?

Thank you :)

Definately the Aquitaine and Basque regions, e.g. Biarritz. You really do not need to travel as far as the US to get excellent surf!

Hossegore kicks ass !
No poisonous creatures, no bandidos and you know trhe language and price of things.
No need to go anywhere else !
