family friendly surfing for begin/inter in Costa Rica

We are looking for a good place to bring the family for Feb break. 2 boys ages 10 & 12 who have surfed one season on Long Island, NY, Mom wants a nice place to stay and good food in smallish resort. Any suggestions? Thanks

I recommend <edit>. They have a small 8 room hotel just steps from good surf. It is a brand new hotel with great amenities. It was built to accommodate surfers and their families and they also have great surf instructors.
