Hi Pak,

I am sure you might be aware already that Caleta de Fuste is not the ideal place to be if you are a surfer. There is a very small wave that breaks occasionally right in front of the Sheraton Hotel and Elba Sara Hotel but I have never ever seen anyone surfing that.

Also if you want to buy a board, you will not be able to do so in Caleta. You will need to drive into Corralejo to one of the many surfshops. I recommend Kings on the main street. Lucy who owns it originates from the UK (St-Yves) and they have some really good quality board for very fair prices. If you mention us, she might even be able to give you a better deal. I am not sure whether boards in the UK are better priced. Haven´t been out there in a while but I do know the boards in Kings are definately not expensive !

Good luck ! Sara***
