Where can I rent a board in Miami / Boca Raton?

I'll be spending a week in Miami and Boca Raton (first one, then the other) for various activities. If there's time I'd really love to spend a morning out in the water. Where can I rent a board in that area? As unlikely as a response is, are there any suggestions as to spots?

When are you going? The waves are pretty non existent during this time of year....but near boca is a surf shop called island water sports that i think rents boards and miami area try surf syndicate
