Surfing Waves

I'm moving to Singapore and would love to talk to anyone living in the area. I'm looking to do some fun weekend trips and would really like to meet some fellow surfers interested in joining up and tagging along!

My mates moving to Singapore in a couple of months. She doesn't surf, but will be heading to other parts of south east asia for weekend trips too.

Are you going yourself? Do you know anyone who lives there?

I'll be moving there in September. I spent last summer interning there, and was hoping to get out and surf as much as possible. Went to Bali last summer, which was unbelievable, but I'd also like to check out Sumatra and the Mentawai islands.

My mate has got a job in a Law firm over there and is leaving in a month.

I grew up in Singapore and as far as I know, the closest waves are found in Malaysia. There's more info at wannasurf.com; or you could just hop over to Bali.
