Hello all!

Recently purchased myself a VW camper and it seems like the only decent thing to do is go surfing. What started as a jaunt down to cornwall for the weekend has turned into a mammoth trip round europe packed into a few days.

As part of this we want to go surfing in SW France, all beginners, looking to take a couple of lessons and park the van up as near to the beach as pos.

All suggestions will be gratefully received.

Cheers!

Billie says: "Man, I love this kind of thing! Good for you. It's been awhile since I've done anything like that. One of the most humorous ones for me: Wife and I decided to drive the perimeter of the US counterclockwise in our convertible Porsche in 3 weeks. We were having so much fun, we took 3 months. There are countless motorcycle stories like this involving road and off-road touring, too. Anyway, you gave me a good idea."

With a camper on the go the road and coast is your oyster!

You can pretty much park up anywhere in France. Just the obvious things to take into account. Don't take the piss with noise, litter etc and you'll be fine. The Biscay coastline is endless. loads of roads and places to perk up in.
