Costa Rica Vacation
Posted: Sat Aug 07, 2004 9:40 pmI'm planning a trip to Costa during mid December of this year. What region would be the best as far as waves during this time? I heard the North pacific is best, is this true? Or does the south consistently get waves all year round?
