summer surf in europe

hey everyone does anyone know where i can rent boards and surf in the summer. im not amazing so go easy i think four foot is my limit

Sorry, forgot, but Wales is pretty flat in the summer. I could recommend South West France (Hossegor) or the Canary Islands (Fuerteventura, Lanzarote), but both spots are very busy. I've also heard that Portugal is quite good.
