Heading South to Northern Costa Rica

Hey All,
I'm on my way to CR, and will be in Tamarindo for Dec 15th.
Staying at a camp for the first couple of days to get my Spanish and Surf up to speed. Then I've got about 4 weeks to adventure and surf.
I'm solo, so it'd be great to hook up on some trips/share costs on cars and boats to other surf spots. Let me know what you are up to.

Also, I'd like to be in a good spot for Xmass and New Years. Any recommendations?

ahh dude i might be seeing you. Ill be heading to Tamarindo on the 23rd for a week. where you going to surf? Im also looking for some tips on Tamarindo for anyone whose been there.
