Surf forecasting - swell history for Pacific/Central America

Postby Guest » Mon Aug 30, 2004 4:45 am

I am planing a surf trip to Central America sometime in late October. Since I have to plan in advance I am trying to find a good surf forecasting website to optimize my chances to catch a South or Southwest swell. Do you have a favorite? I am also trying to find a site that has swell history. For example: how many south swells hit Costa Rica in a given year and what time of year they hit. And/or, maybe you have experience in Costa Rica in the later half of October and can share it. I am most interested in catching Pavones on.

Cheers! Pablo
