What would it take for a country to "be the best"? What are you looking for?

Well im from the UK, im 18 so it couldnt be a very expensive holiday like Hawaii. 1 week holiday to somewhere hot with good waves. Would be great if I could get a good beach next to a hotel.

Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal, Canaries, Morroco....

Theres a list for you begining withthe closest :) Pleanty of cheap flights to France specifically the Basque coast. Can camp dirt cheap or hostle it. Theres a nice hostile with camping facilities 5mins walk from the main Anglet beaches. The possibilites are endless esp if you live on pasta bread and cheese for the time your traveling.
