Looking for surf school in Europe

Hi. I'll be working in Belgium this summer, but afterwards I was thinking of going to a surf school for a week or so. I am a beginner. I'd prefer one that includes accomodation.

I was looking at Algarve, Portugal. Anyone heard of it? I'm afraid to wire them money and then have it turn out to be a scam or something. Any recommendations? I would prefer one in France, but I'm open.
