Beginner surf town in Ecuador

Hi folks!

I will be in Ecuador in March and I am looking for a surf town where to spend some time surfing. I am a beginner.

What I am looking for:
- beginner spots
- not a party town or too crowded
- friendly vibe and chill
- possibly with a supermarket and an ATM

Any advice is more than welcome!
