Yea, it was a very crappy day. The surf was overhead, but the friggin wind screwed everything up. Atleast i got in the water though.

I stole my dad's eight footer because that was the longest board I could find and went out on two foot glassy cardiff this morning.

I'm still trying to find a longboard though, I might shape one but I'm not really a longboard shaper so if you could give me some design tips i'd be cool, I'm like 5'10 or so and around 140 pounds and can get to the nose (cheeter five) on the eight but duno what else to add...

I'm gunna ask on swaylocks too but just wondering what you say...

My only log right now is a 9 ft robert august. Its 18" nose x 23" wide x 15" tail and i'm not sure how thick. But it works really good.

alright, are you about my size? try getting a ruler and a stick to measure how thick it is, lay a stick flat across the deck with the middle of the board resting on a flat surface, and measure the distance from the flat surface to the stick. Kinda crude, but it works.

What about rocker? can you give me any info on bottom contours?

antrhing would be cool if you felt like going to measure it.
