Surf Schools in Europe: where to go 2 weeks in August?

Hi all! this is my first post. I wonder if it is the right forum
I am a real beginner, but with a strong desire to start practicing.
Browsing the web, i met many schools (links below), mainly in portugal or spain. Some friends suggested Bilbao/Saintander in Spain.

I really don't know which one i have to choose!!! do u have any suggestions or info? where should i go? what should i try to avoid? is there a school that is definitely better/worse than other? which one should i choose? any other info or suggestion is really welcome!
