Puerto Rico in June/July

I just booked a couple weeks vacation for the last week of June and the first week of July in Puerto Rico. First week we are in San Juan and the second week, we are in Rincon. Anyone on here ever been during that time of year? I've read a few surf reports on wannasurf.com, etc and it sounds like it is hit and miss this time of year. Just curious if anyone else has been and what their experience was.
