you are right gulfsurfer. i was surfing out at caldwell pier a couple weeks ago. as my right hand was stroking through the water, i touched something that felt sandpapery. i quickly paddled over to my group. i had the willies for a good 30 mins. i guess i'm just used to surfing in texas. nothing bad has ever happened to any of my friends. i guess i'm just a little nervous about surfing with a much larger creature out there. i'm trying to relax about it. just thinking of the fun we are going to have. :)

ya theres definitly some big fish out there. ive seen pictures of 12 foot tiger sharks. and at fish pass about 4 months ago some people saw a 9 footer. sharks are all around us, we just have to get used to it. they arent leaving anytime soon.

How's it goin, I live inland of Port Aransas a good 3 hour drive. So im trying to make some surf connections to find out when the surfs good. Think you can help me out?
