Surfing Central America August to October

Hi, I´m heading into Centrel America - travelling from Panama to southern Mexico - around August to October and would like to know where´s going to be decent during those months? What size swells will be hitting both shores, and will the Carribean coast be blown out by tropical storms during the summer months?

I guess most of my surf will be around Panama, Costa Rica and Nicaragua.

Any info greatly appreciated!
