Surfing in Newfoundland and the Great Lakes

Hi everyone,

I'm a transplanted surfer now living in Ottawa, Ontario and plan to start surfing in Lake Ontario this spring. So if you are in my area and interested in Great Lakes surfing contact me!

I learned to surf in Newfoundland and spent three good summer there on the Burin Pennisula and I am willing to share travel advice to anyone there or travelling there. I have started a group on Yahoo check it out: http://sports.groups.yahoo.com/group/rocksurfing/ and I plan to create a webpage to cover these two areas.

Lastly I'm head to California for my annual three week surf trip. How crowded is Rincon and county line these days?
