Surfers from Wales.

Postby TheRedDarren » Tue Mar 10, 2009 10:28 am

Hey guys,
Don't know if this is worth asking but here goes...
Where can we surf on our glorious coast when the west wind blows?
I know this is like asking if I can sleep with your mother but please, throw a dog a bone! I've had my new board for a month now and taken it out 3 times :(
So please, gimme a clue what spots may work in this wind :D

No where in wales is sheltered on a west wind, unless the surf is huge in winter and then some spots in fresh west and gower can hold that wind.
Better get used to onshore condictions, I have surfed here for 15 years and know every spot going.
