Surfing conditions in Rest Bay and surrounding area

Does anyone know where I can get accurate up to date conditions for Rest Bay in Porthcawl UK?

I drove the 2 1/2 hours down there in October and it was flat (even though it was forecast 3 feet).

Any help would be great
