myrtle beach surfing possible?

there arent many posts about myrtle beach or that area. is surfing there possible? too cold?

no. not too cold: water is 86 in the summer. Mostly flat, but some waves.

It can get decent waves during the storm season, if you catch it right. But it's always hit or miss there.
