Wyoming boy needs travel rack advice

Postby Wyomingsplit_ride » Thu Nov 11, 2004 7:57 pm

I was curious about how to put two boards on a roof rack? Fins forward is how I have done it, but not with two boards (just bought my wife a board). My cousin is going to be transporting our boards down to Mexico on his mini van. I have a board bag that holds two boards (there is padding in the middle, so boards cannot contact each other and I cannot strap them together). How should I stack the boards and keep them from damaging the fins by sliding back and forth?

In addition, what is the simplest, best, most effective ding repair kit that I can buy? I have been reading about Dingleberries and want to know if this is any good.

Thank you for helping a Wyoming boy who craves ocean surf
