Wanted - Surfing information on the Azores

Hi
I want to go surf in my holidays at the azores.
I´m especially interested in the middle island-part of the Azores (Pico , Faial , Sao Jorge).
but I only can find informations about the eastern part of the Azores, so I hope that you can give me some informations or some E-mail addresses , about surfing at the middle-part of the Azores.
(I haven´t a lot of experience in surfing, so I´m searching for beachbreakes)
