I just started surfing 2 summers ago at huntington beach and when i first started i used a long board which was fun but i got the hang of it quickly and i wanted to try a short board..so the second time i went surfing i rented a short board probobly like a 6'0 board. I really liked that board and i desided that i wanted to buy myself a board similar to that one but im not sure where to get started or anything. I live on Arizona so i only go to the beach like a couple times every summer but i really want my own board. Whats the best short board for me and where can i get the best price?
( one more question..... are their certein boards that only begginers ride?)

hey, dont go to jacks! they're way to expensive. Walk a little more up main st. You'll see all kinds of shops. Basically, any surfshop there has a ton of good used boards. Learn on one of those, then when you're ready to rip, save your dolla dolla's and get yourself a nice one.
