Surfboard damage spreading

Hello!
I brought this surfboard a month ago. I don't remember dinging it at all..but it's started cracking in numerous places. The damage seems to be spreading up the rail. And it's seems odd as it's very regimented if you look closely. This little white marks appear first you can see up the rail. Then the glass will start to lift. Is there anything I can do to stop this from getting worse? I will fix the major cracks

Question: Is the damage only happening on one rail ? Say, just the Left rail and not on the Right rail.

( and is it happening between mid point and the nose ? )
