Who made this board?

Hi all would love some help on identifying this board I’d been given it by someone who’s give up surfing and was bit of a board collector but unfortunately I don’t have contacts to them anymore. I’d love to have some info on this board and I cannot work out who was the maker and it’s age. any help super appreciated
