Surfing Waves

I need advice on what surfboard to buy. I have been surfing on a 8 foot foamy for about 6 months. I want to move over to fiberglass, I surf roughly once a week, I am 6'3" and 196 pounds and 47 years old. I am good shape I surf, mountain bike, run, so very cardio fit. What board should I move into next?

8'4"- 8'6" long x 22" wide x 2 5/8" - 2 3/4" thick. ( but actually 9'0" x 23 x 2 7/8 +/- sounds best looking at your size )

Don't think about buying anything shorter than 8'0" just yet, if you are not already doing turns going backside.
