Looking for a coach

Hello,
I am looking for a surf coach at Dillon Beach for my boss and his two daughters. They would prefer a private trainer (preferably female because it would be easier for the daughters to communicate). It would also be great if the coach is speaking Russian, but not mandatory.
Please, let me know if you know someone who would be a great fit!
