Choice of longboard

Postby Dannytilly » Mon Jul 02, 2018 7:14 am

Hi all

Just a quick question regarding logs. Iv been surfing for about a 2 years or so and have been using a mates 9’6 Kym Thompson log but it’s time to invest in my own.
I'm thinking of either a McTavish, dead kooks or creative army.
I just want to get some opinions and peoples experiences with these brands?
I’m thinking 9’1/9’3 single fin all rounder (nose ride and turns, point brakes and beach brakes.

Any help would be awesome ??

Where do you live? May be it's worth buying a second hand board first, so it will be less damage for you wallet if you want to change your mind again next couple of years. And may be it's worth to have an option for 2+1 fin setup, just in case if you want to try it.
