I'm a progressing beginner. My first board was a softtop and I'm looking to upgrade and get an affortable board to help me progress even further. Would consider second hand. Any suggestions? Thanks!!!

“Affordable” means different things to different people. So what’s affordable to you ? $100 ? $250 ? $400 ?
Availability is something to consider too. Some brands are more rare in certain parts of the world. So where do you live ?

Don’t forget to mention the size of the soft top you were using and what you can currently accomplish while using it. Can you catch green waves, trim along the face of the wave, or just catch white water in a straight line?
