Surfing Waves

I have decided to talk to a local shaper about copying Rob Machados "go fish model". Not quite sure on what information to provide other than the dimensions. He surfs the same beachie as myself so he will know if it will work in most conditions. I couldn't source this board anywhere else in NZ and would like to try out his shaping skills. Any help greatly appreciated...


Dimensions - 5.5,20 3/8, 2 1/4" ,deep swallow and 29.3L

The Go Fish is really similar to your hippie crippe except for the tail....why did you choose that board and not try a different shape?
