Hi, I'm about 6'2" and somewhere around 190 lbs. I was thinking of buying a 7'0" x 18 3/4 x 2 1/2 board. Would this fit me? I normally ride waves in the 2-3 foot range with clean faces and power. Thanks for your help!

That will work pretty good, but it wouldnt hurt for it to be just a touch thicker maybe 2 3/4.

It has a pintail on it too, will that make a huge difference in the performance? Thanks again.

Pintails arent the best thing for small surf - you should maybe be looking at a square or squashed pin tail, or maybe a swallow tail, which will make catching waves a lot easier.

To be honest I would go with a bit more volume - length isn't that important, but I agree with Hawsurf about thickness.
Width could be a little more too.
There's nothing more frustrating than struggling on a board that's too small - I speak from 6years of using a 6'6 x 18 x 2 1/4 thruster. I've moved to a 7'5 mini mal and my surfing has improved a million fold.
I always thought the Thruster would be cooler if I could get the hang of it, but I can now ride tubes and pull floaters which I never managed on my short board.
My advice would be NEVER buy a board just cos it looks cool!
Cheers

So, the consensus opinion to the question 'would this board fit me' is 'NO!'

a little small, but it sounds gunny and gunny isn't the best small wave smasher. Look into longboards, twin fins, or something like 7'x21"x2.5
It'd still work though, not the best anything could, but would work.
