First question what are you riding now, and what does your surfing enable you to do that you feel you are an intermediate?
At your weight and everything in your surfing range is medium , fitness and skills, the wave catching / paddling ratios are going to be mediocre at best on either board.
If you choose one or the other go the biggest in each of their ranges

Let me ask you which compact car I should get ? the Honda Civic , Toyota Tercel or Nissan Sentra. They're basically all in the same category. Same as all the boards you listed being they are for weaker not so perfect conditions. If you can tell the difference between the CI new flyer, Rusty Dozer and Pyzalien , you wouldn't be asking which one is better. If you Can Not tell the difference, then just get the one which is cheaper and available.
If you need the paddling to be easy, then go a couple steps larger than what the companies board selector recommends. But with your Medium fitness level and Intermediate surfing ability, you should be getting something shorter but a bit wider than what your are currently riding. ( which you need to tell us ).

It is really hard to recommend a board that does it all in 1 to 4 ft especially not having seen how you handle what you are already riding.
I'd look at 6ft and about 20" width, thickness i'd go for but you seem to be heading into the Rusty stable why not let them tell you a bit more.
