Hey all !! love this site and forum, been reading it for quite some time, and now i will really appreciate your assistance regarding the Hypto Krypto

Physique: I'm 31y old, 189cm tall, 82kg and in fair shape.

Experience: been surfing for almost 4 years, started with a softboard, moved to a 7" funboard and in the last year im surfing on a 6.8" hybrid board (37L). most of the wave i surf are 1 to 6 feet.
im paddling out, catching waves, popping up and being able to surf 'down the line well, even starting to take some turns. looking forward to take it up a level start making more turns and maximize the fun.

Questions:
1. would you think the Hypto is a good option? most important thing for me is keep having fun - don't want to take a board which is too radical.
2. i have an option to buy a used (almost new) Hypto size 6.2" (38L), im not sure if its the right size - i afraid to take something too short but this size may have to much volume for me?

Many thanks for the help
Alan

If you are considering getting a hypto krypto

i would first check these guys out, i posted in another section about SBS boards.
the is a boards called The Predator that is pretty similar,

I brought a motivator form these guys great board i ould not praise them enough, for £290 its the lightest board compared to any other i have seen

Only reason i suggested cos it is a fraction of the price i think it was like £290 instead of 500-600 not sure what hypto goes for these days

these boards ding very easily and cost a lot for what you get. i was upset as it dinged so easily and i couldn't resell for much
