Looking for a new Longboard

Dahlia, you're in Florida, right? Any chance you're up near the Panhandle?

New surfer here (at 42 years old), and I'm in the same boat as you as far as surfing alone. Happily, my brother (who lives in California) started surfing about a month before I did, so I have someone to compare n00b notes with, but it isn't the same as having someone out in the water with you. My fiancee has a friend who just moved back here to Pensacola from Texas, and she surfs, but we havn't made it to the beach on the same day yet.

Anyway, if you're up near the panhandle, there is at least one other new surfer up here that woudn't mind someone to surf with.
