How quickly do you think you will pick up surfing again - after 20 years, older body, different shape and fitness? Chances are you are best off starting back on a big funboard/longboard, surfing that for a year or whatever and rediscovering your skills. You can perhaps find twin fin versions of these but I wouldnt, twin fins arent enough fin for the board size much of the time - better off with a single or 2+1 (or thruster)
So something 9ft is ideal, or maybe if you are more confident, something shorter but thick (over 3 inches) and wide (23 inches type). But still over 7'6, preferably 8ft.
Probably looking at 75L+ volume to be a good board for you at this stage, which means bigger (wider or thicker or longer) than the standard 9ft longboard. For your height and weight, the standard suggestion is to increase thickness over length (but staying wide), but increasing any of the dimensions works out.
There are some boards for bigger guys - Walden mega/mini mega, Torq Don XL off the top of my head; but there are plenty more. Chances are you will find it easier to locate a 9ft4 or 9ft6 board that will suit rather than a 9ft or less board, but as said there are options available depending on how much you want to spend. Or there are some softboards that might work, if you wanted to go down that route.
