Buying my first board

Hey everybody I've been looking at some boards for awhile and i was hoping for some feedback I found a board at my local shop its slightly used it's 7"5 board and was wondering if it would be ok for these smaller summer socal waves I've used bigger soft tops but I have limited space I'm an okay surfer any feedback is appreciated

Pickles it is impossible to advise you we don't know your weight and height
If you have only used soft tops what do you mean by an OK surfer?
What are you able to do on a wave?
Then what sort of slightly 7'5" board, fish, gun, funboard, mini something or other?
Post a picture, and dimensions, 7'5" by ???? width by ????thickness.
Your age too helps the younger you are the more options we can give you.
