Surfboard Advice

Hey!
I've only been surfing a couple of times, and I absolutely loved it. I learned on a 7,6 fun shaped, single fin fiberglass board. I'm now looking into buying a used board. I've seen so many different ones, with diffenrent reviews (NSP, BIC, EPS, ect). I'm 4,11ft and weigh 45 kgs. Can someone tell me what kind of/ size board would be best for me to buy as a beginner. I want a board that will help me be a skilled surfing in the future. Any advice would be much appreciated, thank you :D

Great that you loved it! :D

Big question - how old are you? Are you 4'11 for now or 4'11 for evermore? It'll make quite a big difference to the answer!

Also... where are you surfing and how often will you get the chance to surf?

BICs etc are a good first board - not very expensive and tough as anything. They take the pounding that newbies inevitably give them
You'll probably find me surfing, but if not, I'll probably be in the photography studio
