Turns out I wont be able to even go surfing at all this winter. So I have to wait till next April. Too busy with all-state track and football

Hi all,

I also am starting to surf, and am unsure as to what type/make/size board i should get.
I have done lots of research but I cannot find any definitive answers.
I live in south east England, so no regular big waves, only mush.
This would be my first board, although i have done about a month of surfing holidays throughout the past year and I am decent bodyboarder.
I am around 5'11 and weigh 125lbs (57kg) and any help would be much appreciated!
