Total Noob, looking for tips on how 2 learn in SF/Bay Area
Posted: Wed Mar 31, 2021 11:06 amHey complete kook here, looking for ways to get better at surfing in the SF/Bay Area. Lived here all my life and always wanted to learn to surf but the unforgiving waters around here scare the s@!1 out of me. I’ve taken a few surf lessons here and there, Costa Rica, Hawaii, done some surfing at Linda Del Mar but never anything consistently because I get back home, take a look out at the water, and say maybe next time. It’s been a dream of mine since I was a kid and I’ve decided that this year is my year to just f’in do it. I have a new wetsuits, no board yet, and in pretty decent shape. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
